There is a one-hour break between day and night skiing, from 16:00 to 17:00.

Ski Opalisko lies at the foot of Poludnica (1,548 m a.s.l.) above the village of Závažná Poruba. Away from the main tourist centre, with a friendly community of locals and visitors from all over Slovakia.
Five slopes with snowmaking, a kids’ area, a sledging track and a natural ice rink. Plus a floodlit cross-country area.

After work or school there is still time to ski. Three slopes and the cross-country area are floodlit.
The slope where Petra Vlhová grew up is at the edge of the Podbreziny housing estate in Liptovský Mikuláš. You can get there by city bus, there is night skiing every day and residents of Liptovský Mikuláš pay half price.
It is 5 km from Liptovský Mikuláš towards Závažná Poruba. Parking below the slope is free.
